We offer a wide range of products, especially in what we call Ready-to-cook (RTC), our fresh products, and Ready-to-eat (RTE), our processed products.
Ready-to-cook (RTC) products are for self-preparation. They can consist of whole chickens, cuts, deboned, seasoned or marinated products. We sell to both retail and foodservice in Denmark, and we also sell for export purposes.
Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products have been fried during the processing phase, meaning they can be consumed typically after light heating. Products range from grilled and pre-cut chicken breast fillets to chicken nuggets. We sell to both retail and foodservice in Denmark, and we also sell for export purposes.
This category includes the sale of by-products primarily intended for purposes other than human food consumption, such as feathers, offal and viscera. These products are used in the production of animal feed and biofuel, among other things, in line with our ambition to utilize and increase the value of the whole animal. This minimizes food waste, reduces carbon footprint and increases profitability. A significant part of the by-products we produce are further processed in our jointly owned company, Farmfood.
Our focus is to realize the full potential of the chicken.
